    This form allows a person to apply to vote by post at elections.

    Applications for a postal vote must be received NO LATER than 5pm on the eleventh working day before the election.

    Your postal vote can count for an indefinite period, a particular election or a particular period.

    Postal ballot papers are issued at the earliest ten days before the election.

    You will need to make a new application if the address at which you are registered changes.
